CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER<\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

Fernando Tapias D\u00edaz is the founder and CEO of the Zehirut Group, with more than 25 years of experience in consulting, regional security and transnational organized crime.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fernando directs the strategic development of the Zehirut Group and has had a significant role in the growth and development of operations in <\/span>the<\/span> different countries of Latin America, the Caribbean and the USA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fernando obtained his master\u2019s degree in National Security and Defense at the University of Nebrija Spain and his master's degree in Senior Management at the University of the Andes. He specialized in Defense Policy and Administration Development and Transnational Organized Crime at the Defense University in Washington D.C. Additionally, he was a member of the Comprehensive National Defense Course of the Colombian War School, held a Kidnapping Seminar with the FBI, and is a certified polygraphist from the Israel Institute of Polygraphy.<\/span><\/p>\n

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER<\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

Olga Tapias is the chief financial officer (CFO) of Zehirut. She is responsible for the company\u2019s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. She also serves as an advisor and a strategic partner to the CEO. Her career expands over 20 years of varied experience in the fields of business management and international business in Latin America and the Caribbean Markets.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before joining Zehirut in 2005, Olga served as vice-consul at the Colombian consulate in Miami. Prior, she worked in the treasury department of Petrobras Colombia and in the department of foreign currency exchange of the Bogota Stock Market.<\/span><\/p>\n

Brigadier General Zvika Haimovich, former Israel Air Defense Forces Commander, served for 33 years in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and is now an independent consultant in the aerospace and defense arena. A career air and missile defense officer, he has extensive experience developing strategy, policy, and plans for joint, combined, and interagency operations; leading large, complex organizations; managing change, building teams and relationships.
During his service in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) he filled several positions such as the Commander in charge of the Command Field in the IAF Air Defense School, Head of Training Branch in the IAF Air Defense Division, the Commander of the Active Defense Wing and the Commander of the Sky Defense Wing.
Brig. Gen. Ricardo Garcia is a security consultant, with more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) & Consulting. Ricardo specializes in security risk assessment, threat identification, GAP vulnerability analyses, physical-security countermeasure design and internal fraud investigations, among others.<\/p>\n

Before joining Zehirut, Ricardo was part of Industrial Alliance, as well as Renaissance Montreal Industries in Canada. Prior to that, Ricardo served in the Colombian National Navy.<\/p>\n

She has extensive experience working with partners, including civil society organizations, public-sector institutions, and private sector actors. Mrs. Tapias has provided consultancy for the USAID funded programs, and has worked for organizations such as PROCOLOMBIA (Colombian Trade Bureau), Discovery Channel and Sheltron Global.<\/p>\n
